How can I view deposits and deductions from my checking bank account?

Copied to clipboard

Monthly processing fees and charges are deducted from your checking bank account at the end of each billing cycle. You can review these charges via:

  • The Paysafe Business Experience portal: If you have selected to receive digital statements, you can access details about deposits, transactions, chargebacks, and retrieval requests directly in the portal.
  • Mail: If you’ve chosen paper statements, a monthly statement will be mailed to you during the first week of each month, covering the previous month’s activity.

If your account is set up with a one-day hold, you can expect the deposit within 2-3 business days. Batches should be closed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time to be processed the same day.

Can I access my statement before I’m charged?

This information becomes available only after billing is completed and your merchant account statement is generated.
