How can I check the deposits into and deductions from my checking account?

This information is available in the following formats:

  • The Paysafe Business Experience portal, which offers deposit, transaction processing, chargeback, and retrieval request. This is available if you’ve selected to receive digital statements.
  • A monthly processing statement is mailed to you the first week of each month for the preceding month’s activity. This is available if you’ve selected to receive paper statements.
  • If your account is set up with a one-day hold, you can expect the deposit within 2-3 business days. Please take into account that batches should be closed before 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time for the batch to be processed that day.

Can I access my statement before I’m charged?

We don’t have access to that information until the billing is processed, and your merchant account statement becomes available.
