What happens if my billing payment fails?

If your payment is rejected due to insufficient funds, you can request a rebill.

If it’s rejected for another reason, e.g., a recent bank account change or an issue with your bank account verification, you may need to update your banking information, or have it confirmed by our team before the payment can be processed again.
