How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Paysafe Business Experience account by requiring a second verification step when you log in.

Here’s how to enable it:

  1. Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account
  2. Navigate to the side menu and go to Settings > Users
  3. Select the Security tab
  4. Toggle Two-Factor Authentication
  5. Choose your preferred verification method upon your next log-in:

     - Microsoft Authenticator App: Scan the QR code using the app to generate secure codes. Download for iOS or Android.

     - SMS: Enter your mobile phone number to receive a one-time code via text message. 

  6. Enter the verification code from your chosen method to complete setup

2FA will now be required each time you log in, adding an extra layer of protection to your account.

You can change your 2FA method or disable it entirely by going to Settings > Users > Security.
