What should I do if I haven’t received my terminal?

Start by checking your tracking notification for the most recent delivery updates.

If the status shows “delivered” but the package hasn’t reached you:

  • Ask nearby businesses or neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong location
  • Double-check all potential drop-off points around your premises

If the terminal is still missing, please contact our support team. We’ll help you file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
