How can I view my monthly statement?
Your monthly statement is typically available in your Paysafe Business Experience portal between the 4th and 7th of each month. This gives your payment processor time to finalize and reconcile all transactions from the previous month. You can find the link to access the portal in your welcome email.
To view your statement, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Paysafe Business Experience portal.
- Navigate to the Statements section.
- Look for the most recent statement, usually labelled by month and year.
Billing occurs prior to statement release, usually between the 1st – 4th of the month. Make sure to have available funds during this period.
You can find details about each fee you’re charged on your Merchant Agreement Contract.
Can I access my statement before I’m charged?
We don’t have access to that information until the billing is processed and your merchant account statement becomes available.
