How can I track the delivery of my terminal?
Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details which will be sent to the shipping email address indicated at the time of order. This email will include a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder - it may have been filtered there
- Make sure your firewall or antivirus software isn’t blocking incoming messages
- Confirm you’re checking the correct email account; we send shipping notifications to the email address provided during order
