How can I reactivate a closed business account?

Copied to clipboard

A closed account may be reactivated depending on the reason for closure and whether it was temporarily or permanently closed. Here’s how different scenarios are handled:

Account closed by request

If you requested to close your account, it is considered permanently closed and cannot be reopened. To continue using our services, you’ll need to submit a new application and open a new merchant account. For assistance, contact our Sales team.

Account closed due to collections

If your account was closed because of an unpaid balance, it may be reopened once the outstanding amount is paid in full. To prevent future service interruptions, ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover any pending charges.

Seasonal (temporary) account closure

Accounts paused seasonally can be reactivated. To do this, contact our Support team and request an Account Reactivation Form.

Other closure reasons

If your account was closed for a different reason or you believe it was disabled in error, reach out to our Support team. We’ll review your case and guide you through possible next steps.
