What condition should the equipment be in when I return it?

To avoid any fees, the equipment must be returned in good condition. This means it should be free of excessive wear, damage, or missing parts.

All original components, including power cables and accessories, should be included in the return.

Equipment that is returned damaged or incomplete may result in additional charges.
