What is the process for returning equipment after my account is closed?

If you’ve received a terminal through our Equipment Placement Program (EPP), the equipment must be returned within 10 business days of your account closure to ensure proper handling of your final account status.

You will not be charged any shipping fees, as we’ll provide a call tag that includes a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping. However, you may be subject to additional charges in the following cases:

  • Returning equipment past the deadline of 10 business days
  • Returning equipment in bad condition (e.g., excessive wear, damage, missing parts)
  • Not returning the equipment after account closure will result in a non-return equipment fee
