Can I still access my merchant account history after closure?

Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to process transactions, make updates, submit support tickets, or access your historical data from the Paysafe Business Optic portal.

This is why we recommend downloading any statements, batch reports, or year-end documents you might need before you request account closure.
