Will I be billed after my account is closed?

Copied to clipboard

After your account is officially closed, you may still receive charges under certain conditions. Your regular monthly service fees will stop once the closure is processed. However, there are a few situations where billing may still occur:

  • Outstanding balances: if there were any unpaid fees on your account before its closure, you may still be billed for those.
  • Chargebacks: if a chargeback is submitted after your account is closed, fees related to that chargeback may still apply.
  • Final billing cycle: if you request account closure before the 25th of the month, no further charges will apply. However, requests submitted after this date may incur applicable fees on your final statement for that service period.
  • Annual fees or other adjustments: any fees billed on a delayed cycle (such as annual fees or statement adjustments) may also be charged after closure, depending on the timing.

If you have any questions about your final billing or notice a charge you weren’t expecting, reach out to our Support Team.
