Is there a fee for closing my account?

An Early Termination Fee (ETF) may apply if you opt to close your account before the end of your contract’s initial Term. Most merchant agreements include a 3-year initial term, though yours may vary based on what is written in your signed contract.

The Early Termination Fee is tied to your contractual commitment, not your transaction volume. You may owe this fee even if you never processed any payments.

We recommend reviewing your merchant processing agreement or reaching out to our Support Team to see if an ETF applies in your case before submitting your closure request.

Furthermore, if you request account closure before the 25th of the month, no further charges will apply for the next billing month. Requests submitted after this date may incur applicable fees on your final statement for that service period.
