How do I modify user permissions in the Paysafe Business Experience portal?

Only users with Admin rights can modify permissions.

After adding users to your Paysafe Business Experience account, you can manage their access, update login credentials, or reset their two-factor authentication (2FA).

How do I edit a user’s permissions?

Follow these steps to modify a user’s permissions:

  1. Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Users
  3. Scroll or use the search bar to locate the user
  4. Click on the (three-dot menu) on the right
  5. Select Edit User
