How can I change the account business ownership?

To update the owner of the business on your merchant account, you need to contact our team, which will provide you with a Beneficial Ownership Addendum. This form allows you to officially add or change the individual who holds significant ownership or control of the business. After you fill it out, send it back to our team so they can apply the ownership change.

The addendum must be signed by an authorized signer on the account and include all required information about the new owner.  Our team will inform you about any additional requirements when sending the Beneficial Ownership Addendum form.

To request the business ownership change, log into the Paysafe Business Experience portal and click the widget icon on the top right corner of the screen to access Communications Hub > Support Hub and then select Create New Ticket > Request a Change > Update My Business Information > Business Owner.
