How do I manage my subscription for the Paysafe Brand Visibility by Yext?

You are initially enrolled in the Essentials subscription plan of the Brand Visibility service and will receive a welcome email with a registration link to access the Yext platform.

Your first subscription includes a 30-day trial period. After the trial ends, a monthly fee of $24.95 will apply and appear on your monthly statement. If you do not want to use the service, you can opt out within those 30 days to avoid the monthly fee.

Available subscription plans:

Essentials (Basic) - $24.95/month

• Review monitoring 
• Listing management
• AI-powered online visibility insights

Growth - $49.95/month

Everything included in Essentials, plus:

• Customer review responses
• Social media engagement management
• Automated review requests

How can I manage my subscriptions?

You can use the Paysafe Business Experience (PBE) portal to subscribe and change your subscription plan by following the steps below:

1. Log into the PBE portal and select Brand Visibility from the left-hand menu.

   

2. If you do not currently have an active Yext subscription, scroll down and click Select on the plan you would like to purchase.
3. Confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions, then click Confirm Plan.

If you already have an active subscription and would like to change plans:

1. Click Select on your preferred plan.

   

2. Confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and click on Confirm Plan change.

Once your request is submitted, a confirmation message will appear at the top of the page. Please allow a few minutes for the change to be processed and activated.

Your subscription is billed monthly and will appear on your statement as Paysafe Brand Visibility Fee.

Please note that: 

• If you upgrade your subscription, the higher plan may be charged for the current billing cycle, depending on when the change is processed.
• If you downgrade your subscription, the higher plan may remain in effect until the next billing cycle before the lower-tier plan takes effect.
