What is a monthly minimum discount fee?

A Monthly Minimum Discount Fee may apply if the transaction discount fees generated by your account during the month do not meet the required minimum monthly amount.

• If your transaction discount fees are greater than $0.00 but less than the Monthly Minimum Fee, you will be charged only the difference needed to reach the minimum monthly amount. For example, if your transaction discount fees are $10, and your monthly minimum fee is $25, you will be charged only the difference - $15.
• If you do not process any transactions during the month, your transaction discount fees will be $0.00, and the full Monthly Minimum Fee will be charged.
• If your transaction discount fees exceed the Monthly Minimum Fee, no Monthly Minimum Discount Fee will be charged.
