How do I submit a chargeback reimbursement request through Encytro?

When you receive a chargeback letter from your processor, you can submit a reimbursement request directly onto the Encytro portal by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Encytro Merchant Portal
  2. Go to the Merchant Dashboard
  3. Select Chargeback Claim
  4. Complete the required fields
  5. Upload the original chargeback letter
  6. Submit the request

Always review the integrity of the submitted information and ensure no required information or documents are missing.

How do I track my claim status?

All submitted claims are visible in the Encytro portal, where you can:

  • view your submitted requests
  • check the current status of your claims
  • see updates provided by Encytro during processing

If a claim is approved, Encytro will issue the reimbursement directly to you.

When will I receive my reimbursement?

Approved reimbursements are typically issued within 45-60 days from the claim submission date.
