Why were my bank details rejected?

To successfully update your bank account, your details must match several criteria. Your change request may fail due to some of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect bank details - check and correct them, if necessary: your bank name must include only alphabetical characters; your routing number must be numeric and contain 9 digits; your account number must be numeric and contain 6-17 digits.
  • Unsupported bank - some financial institutions may not be compatible with our system. If this applies, please use an alternative bank account.

In rare cases, we may not be able to approve a bank account change request due to verification issues, risk-related concerns, or discrepancies in the submitted information. These measures are in place to help safeguard financial data and comply with security standards. If your request was declined, we encourage you to contact our support team for further assistance or to explore alternative options.

Keep in mind that you can change such data on your own only if you are authorized and have the respective edit rights.
