How do I change the time and date settings on my Valor terminal?
Connecting your Valor device to the internet will automatically sync the time on your terminal. In case the time stays incorrect after connecting and restarting your terminal, follow these steps:
- From the sale screen, press the Menu button
- Go to Settings
- Select Change Date & Time
- Enter the correct time/date and press the Enter key
We recommend restating your terminal to ensure the new time and date setting is applied to all transactions.
