How can I manage my Encytro subscription?

To unsubscribe from the chargeback protection program, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your account in the Paysafe Business Experience portal.
  2. Select the My Apps Section from the left-hand menu where you can access, review, and manage all your subscriptions.

  3. Find Encytro and click the three dots in the right corner.
  4. Select Unsubscribe.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No further Encytro fees will be charged from the following month.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes, you can either upgrade or switch to the lower plan any time via My Apps > Encytro.

Click the dots and select Edit subscription.

Select the plan you want to change to and click Edit Subscription.

Your new plan will automatically appear in the Product tab, and the updated pricing will show in the Fee tab after the next billing cycle.

These changes will also be visible in your Encytro merchant portal.

How can I view my current plan?

The details of your current subscription are available in My Apps > Encytro. 

Click the three dots in the upper right corner next to Launch App, and select View Details.
