How can I subscribe to Encytro?

To enroll in the Encytro chargeback protection program, you need to subscribe through the Paysafe Business Experience portal. Follow these steps:

1. Login to your account.
2. From the left-hand menu, select Marketplace.

3. Click Encytro and then subscribe.

   

4. Choose a monthly subscription plan.

   • $ 29.95/month - $250 chargeback reimbursement coverage

   • $ 49.95/month - $1000 chargeback coverage

5. Check the box accepting the Terms & Conditions for your selected plan.

Your subscription will appear as pending first, and updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details and instructions on how to log in to the Encytro website to set up your account.

How will I be charged?

The charge will be reflected in your monthly statement , it will also be displayed in your Encytro portal.
