Once enrolled, Encytro will send you a welcome email including
- your login credentials
- a temporary password
- instructions for accessing the portal
Log in to the Encytro Merchant Portal using your Merchant ID (MID, available on your monthly processing statement) and your temporary password, provided in the welcome email.
You’ll be prompted to change your password the first time you log in.
