How can I view and manage customers' chargebacks on the portal?

You can access the Chargebacks section in the Business section of your Paysafe Business Experience portal.

In this section you are able to:

  • Filter chargebacks by date.
  • Search for specific cases using the case number.
  • Check the current status of a chargeback.
  • View detailed information about the transaction and the case.
  • Download reports for your records.
