What documents do I need to provide to change my bank account details?
To change your bank account details, you’ll be asked to provide one of the following documents:
- Voided Check
- Bank Letter
- Direct Deposit Form
- Bank Statement
We’ll use this information to verify your account ownership and new bank account information.
Ensure that the document you submit is in .pdf, .png, or .jpeg file type, and does not exceed 25MB.
Each type of document must contain the following details:
Voided Check
- Check number, routing, fractional routing and account number
- Business or individual name
- Payee line
- Dollar box and written amount line
- Memo line
- Signature line
- Bank’s name or logo
The information on the check must be pre-printed. We do not accept temporary/starter checks.

Bank Letter
- Account number
- Business name, DBA name (Doing Business As), or legal name
- Printed on official bank letterhead with logo
- Bank representative/ branch contact information
- Signed by a business representative

Direct Deposit Form
- Account number
- Account type
- Bank name and contact information
- Business name and account holder name
- Signature and date
- Bank stamp to confirm the form was reviewed by the financial institution

Bank Statement
- Bank name and Bank contact information
- Business name and Account holder name
- Account number
- Account type
You can download your statement from your bank’s website or contact them to obtain a hard copy.

Once you submit the required document, our team will review it and update your bank data, typically within up to 48 business hours.
