How do I request a call tag for a device return?
A call tag is a prepaid shipping label used for returning equipment. If your device needs to be sent back for replacement, you can request a call tag by contacting our Support team at deploymentforms@paysafe.com
Make sure to include the following details in your request:
- the device you’re returning
- its serial number
- the email address where the call tag should be sent
- the reason for the return
