How can I return a terminal I’ve purchased if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from the purchase date to return your equipment for any reason. This allows you time to evaluate whether it’s the right fit for your business.  

Keep in mind that a restocking fee of 25% of the terminal’s cost applies when returning purchases under this buyer’s remorse policy.

Are there any exceptions to this process?

The warranty and return policy do not apply to Clover or FEP terminals. These devices follow different service and support procedures.
