What does the equipment warranty cover?

All terminals are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects during that period.

What happens if my equipment is out of warranty?

If your terminal is no longer covered under warranty and becomes defective, you’ll need to purchase a replacement unit.
