How can I view my processing limits?

Processing limits are predefined caps on how much you can process within a specific timeframe. These thresholds are set during onboarding and help manage financial risk, reduce fraud, and support stable transaction behavior.

To view your current limits:

  1. Log into your Paysafe Business Experience portal
  2. Go to the Merchant Information tab
  3. Under Payments, select Processing Units

This section will show:

  • Your monthly processing volume - total processing volume across all transactions in a month.
  • Your average transaction volume
  • Maximum Transaction Limit - the highest dollar amount allowed per individual transaction.
