Why am I getting PIN Debit Rejects?
If your PIN Debit transactions are not being deposited, it’s often because your terminal is set up to allow PIN Debit transactions, but your merchant account is not configured to accept them. When this happens, the transactions result in PIN Debit rejections and are placed on hold.
Here’s how to resolve the issue:
- You can either disable PIN Debit on your terminal, or request to enable PIN Debit on your merchant account.
- Once done, notify our support team so the suspended transactions get reviewed and released for settlement.
Until the setup is corrected, any PIN Debit transactions will continue to be held and will not be deposited into your account. Quick action will help ensure smooth processing moving forward.
