How do I connect my terminal to Wi-Fi?
Setting up your terminal for Wi-Fi is fast and straightforward. While specific steps may differ slightly by model, the overall process is generally consistent across devices:
- Turn on your terminal, ensuring the device is plugged in or fully charged.
- Access the settings menu. From the main screen, press the Function or Settings key (usually marked with a gear icon or the F key, depending on the terminal).
- Select Wi-Fi or Communication Settings. Navigate to Communications or Network Settings, then select Wi-Fi.
- Scan for networks. Choose Scan" or Available Networks to see a list of nearby Wi-Fi connections.
- Select your network. Highlight your Wi-Fi network and press Enter or OK.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password using the keypad. Be sure to enter it exactly as it appears (case-sensitive). Press Enter when done.
- Confirm connection. Once connected, your terminal should display a confirmation message or show a Wi-Fi icon on the screen.
If your terminal isn't connecting, make sure you're within range of the router, the password is correct, and your internet is working properly.
