Why was I billed for Encytro/Fraud Management Fee?

If your account is enrolled in our Encytro Advantage Programe, you’ll be billed a Fraud Management Fee, which helps maintain your enrollment and access to chargeback protection benefits.
The Encytro program allows enrolled merchants to submit claims for reimbursement on eligible chargebacks and related costs, such as:
- Card-present fraudulent chargebacks
- Fallback transactions
- EMV liability shift
- Chargeback fees
- Fraudulent ATM withdrawals
To submit a valid claim, you must be actively enrolled in the program on the date of the transaction.
