How can I update my mailing address?
Your mailing address is intended exclusively for business correspondence and should adhere to standard U.S. address formatting. You can make changes directly through your Paysafe Business Experience portal. Your mailing and physical addresses can be the. To update your mailing address, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account and navigate to the Merchant Information tab on the left-hand side.

Under About My Business, select Address and Contact Details.

Click the pencil icon next to the mailing address. If your mailing address is the same as your business location address, check the box labeled "Same as Location Address.". This will automatically populate the mailing address fields with the Location Address.

Begin typing your new mailing address if it’s different from your location address. You must select a valid U.S. address from the search results provided by our third-party vendor, SmartyStreets.

- Once you’ve selected a valid address, click Save. You’ll see a confirmation message, and your updated details will be reflected in the system.
What makes an address invalid?
Your entry may be rejected if it includes:
- P.O. Boxes
- Incomplete or incorrect ZIP codes (e.g., less than 5 digits or includes letters)
- Missing state abbreviation or city name
- Numeric-only street names or cities
- Special characters
- Entries not selected from SmartyStreets suggestions
If your entry is invalid, you’ll see the message: ‘Search and select your full address.’
