Where should I send my chargeback documents?
To determine the correct submission method, check the first three digits of your case number. Paysafe uses different platforms based on this prefix:
Case number starting with 202
- Submit via: merlinkresponse.com
- Fax: 706-644-5210
Case numbers starting with PD
These are PIN Debit chargebacks. Follow the email instructions and reply to all listed recipients, or as instructed in the email.
All other case numbers
- Submit via: www.commercecontrol.com (previously businesstrack.com)
- Fax: 402-933-1525
