Where should I send my chargeback documents?
To determine the correct submission method, check the first three digits of your case number. Paysafe uses different platforms based on this prefix:
Case number starting with 202
- Submit via: merlinkresponse.com
- Fax: 706-644-5210
Case numbers starting with PD
These are PIN Debit chargebacks. Follow the email instructions and reply to all listed recipients.
All other case numbers
- Submit via: businesstrack.com
- Fax: 402-933-1525
