How can I view my transactions?

The Transactions view in the Paysafe Business Experience portal lets you:

  • Track deposits and monitor transactions.
  • Match payouts to processed card payments.
  • Check what has been funded to your account.
  • Quickly review returns, fees, or unprocessed transactions.

To access a detailed list of individual transactions, simply log into the Paysafe Business Experience portal and visit the Transactions tab, located in the Business > Transactions section of the portal.

You can filter transaction data using the following criteria:

  • Date Range: the default range is the last 14 days. Quick-select options include the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, as well as a custom "from–to" date range.
  • Transaction Type: All, Sale, Return, Deposit, Withdrawal (i.e. chargebacks)
  • Batch ID: enter a specific batch ID
  • Authorization Code: enter a specific authorization code
  • Card Number: enter the last 4 digits of the card number

You can also export the filtered transaction list for offline analysis in CSV format. The table below shows a reference mapping between the fields displayed for each transaction entry in the portal and the corresponding columns in the CSV export.
