What reporting tools does the Paysafe Business Experience portal offer?
By using your Paysafe Business Experience portal, you can track performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize payment success.
The reporting tools give you the visibility you need to run your business smarter. When you log into the Paysafe Business Experience portal, you are automatically directed to the dashboard module, which serves as the portal’s home page. This landing page provides you with an at-a-glance view of your business performance through a dynamic and customizable dashboard:

The dashboard includes a set of configurable widgets, each representing a specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Top 5 Payment Methods: displays the five most-used payment methods based on sales volume
- Transaction Volume: shows the total count and value of sales transactions
- Deposit Volume: reflects the overall volume of deposits
- Chargebacks: indicates the total value of chargebacks as of the previous day
- Returns: displays the count and value of returned transactions
- Average Transaction Size: calculates the average value of sales transactions
The dashboard is fully customizable, and you can tailor it to focus on the metrics that matter most to you. To personalize it, use the Edit option (as shown in the screenshot above), which allows you to remove, add or rearrange the widgets.
You can also adjust the date filters at the top right corner to change the time period you're viewing.

The dashboard uses interactive vertical bar charts to visualize daily metrics such as transaction volume, amount, or value. Each bar represents a specific day and is clickable, allowing you to drill down into detailed transaction reports within the Business section for further analysis.

With the Paysafe Business Experience dashboard, you can also view your transactions, statements, and chargebacks. Simply log into the portal and go to the Business section; from there, you can select the respective view and filter by date.
