How can I update my business location?

You can update your business location directly in your Paysafe Business Experience portal. The system uses automatic address validation to ensure compliance and accuracy. To change your location, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account and navigate to the Merchant Information tab on the left-hand side.

  2. Under About My Business, select Address and Contact Details.

  3. You’ll see two options to edit: your primary address and your mailing address. Primary address represents your business location. Mailing address can be used exclusively for correspondence if you wish to keep it separate. Your primary and mailing addresses can be the same.
  4. Click the pencil icon next to the address you want to change.

  5. Begin typing the new address. You must select a valid U.S. address from the search results provided by our third-party vendor, SmartyStreets.

Once you’ve selected a valid address, click Save. You’ll see a confirmation message, and your updated details will be reflected in the system.

We don’t allow manual entry or post-selection editing. You must select one of the suggested addresses to proceed. Make sure that the address matches the required format: Street Number & Name, Building (if applicable), City, State, ZIP Code.

What makes an address invalid?

Your address may be rejected if it includes:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • Incomplete or incorrect ZIP codes (e.g., less than 5 digits or includes letters)
  • Missing state abbreviation or city name
  • Numeric-only street names or cities
  • Special characters
  • Entries not selected from SmartyStreets suggestions

If your entry is invalid, you’ll see the message: ‘Search and select your full address.’
