To resolve any issues with charging your Valor device, follow these steps
- Ensure you are using the charging cable and wall adapter that were provided with your terminal. Using unapproved accessories may lead to inconsistent charging.
- If the battery is performing inconsistently, it is recommended to fully discharge the battery by allowing it to reach 0% and power itself off completely.
- After discharging, charge the terminal overnight to help recalibrate the battery's performance.
- For optimal operation, especially when printing receipts, ensure your terminal has at least 45% battery life.
