How can I update my business email address?
You can easily update your business email address directly within the Paysafe Business Experience portal. Simply follow the steps below:
Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account and navigate to the Merchant Information tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select About My Business > Address and Contact Details.

- Find the Business Email Address field and click the pencil icon to edit it.
- Type the new business email you'd like to use, and the system will automatically validate it. You’ll see a message to confirm the change.
What makes an email address invalid?
Your entry may be rejected if:
- It’s blank
- It’s missing the “@” symbol
- It lacks a proper domain (e.g., .com, .org)
- It includes consecutive dots or leading/trailing spaces
- It contains unsupported special characters
- It ends in an incorrect domain (e.g., .comm, .xyzq)
If your email address is invalid, you’ll see the message: ‘Please enter a valid email address.’
