How can I update my business email address?

You can easily update your business email address directly within the Paysafe Business Experience portal. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account and navigate to the Merchant Information tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. Select About My Business > Address and Contact Details.

  3. Find the Business Email Address field and click the pencil icon to edit it.
  4. Type the new business email you'd like to use, and the system will automatically validate it. You’ll see a message to confirm the change.

What makes an email address invalid?

Your entry may be rejected if:

  • It’s blank
  • It’s missing the “@” symbol
  • It lacks a proper domain (e.g., .com, .org)
  • It includes consecutive dots or leading/trailing spaces
  • It contains unsupported special characters
  • It ends in an incorrect domain (e.g., .comm, .xyzq)

If your email address is invalid, you’ll see the message: ‘Please enter a valid email address.’
