Do you accept a PCI Certificate from another vendor?

If your business became PCI compliant through another vendor, Paysafe may accept the PCI Certificate of Compliance, if you submit:
- A copy of the PCI signed SAQ attestation (Self-Assessment Questionnaire)
- Any other documentation you have received from the PCI vendor
If you have completed the network scan, you must also provide a copy of the signed scan attestation.
Once reviewed and approved, your compliance status will be updated accordingly.
Previous scan results from a different scanning vendor are not available in the Paysafe system.
