Yes, each of your business locations must validate PCI Compliance.
When business locations process under the same Tax ID, typically you’ll be required to validate once annually for all locations via the Self-Assessment Questionnaire.
If your business processes payments online, you’ll also need to submit quarterly passing network scans by a PCI SSC Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV).
