How long is the PCI compliance certification valid and how to renew it?

The PCI compliance certificate is valid for one year from the issue date.

To maintain your compliance, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• Complete the PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire on annual basis.
• Complete any required network scans on a quarterly basis (applicable when processing payments over the internet).

How do I renew my PCI compliance certificate?

If you are already PCI compliant but your certification is due to expire, you will receive an email notification 30 days before the expiration date reminding you to complete the PCI DSS Self-Assessment Questionnaire. You can check your expiration date on our third-party website, Aperia. To do so, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Paysafe Business Experience Portal.
2. Select Merchant Information from the Merchant Tab on the left-hand menu.
3. Click on PCI Compliance from About My Business section.
4. Click the link under PCI Compliance.
5. A window will pop-up redirecting you to our external third-party website – Aperia, where you can complete your PCI Compliance form. Click Authenticate to continue.

If you have a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate, this doesn’t count towards PCI Compliance.
