How can I check my PCI compliance status?
To see what the status of your compliance is, simply follow the steps below:
- Log into the Paysafe Business Experience portal
- Go to section Merchant > Merchant Information > About My Business
- View your PCI Status badge: Compliant (green), Not Available , or Non-Compliant (red)
If your status is Non-Compliant, you’ll see a message along with a link to Aperia, our external third-party provider. To start completing the PCI Compliance form, you’ll be asked to log in and submit specific documentation.
You may also be asked to complete your annual Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), schedule a quarterly network scan, or submit your Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
Once done, the status will change accordingly.
If you have a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate, this doesn’t count towards PCI Compliance.
