Can I reopen a batch after it’s been settled?

No, once a batch has been settled, it cannot be reopened or modified. Settling a batch means the transactions have already been sent for processing and are in the final stages of being deposited into your account.

If you notice an error after settlement, such as an incorrect amount or duplicate charge, —you may need to issue a refund or process an adjustment through your terminal or virtual terminal.
