How do I know if my batch was successfully closed?

You can confirm whether your batch was successfully closed by checking your terminal’s batch report or transaction summary.

Most terminals provide an option to print or view a “Batch Close” or “Settlement Report,” which will display the total number of transactions, the batch total, and a confirmation that the batch was closed.

If your terminal is set to auto-close, it typically prints a report at the designated time.

You can also check your processing portal for batch history and settlement details.
