How can I update my business phone number?
You can change your business phone number directly in your Paysafe Business Experience portal. To do this, follow the steps below:
Log in to your Paysafe Business Experience account and select the Merchant Information tab from the left-hand menu.

Select About My Business > Address and Contact Details.

Find the Phone Numbers field and click the pencil icon to begin editing. You can change your Business or Customer Service phones. They can be the same based on your preference.

- Type in the new phone number you'd like to use. Click Save and you’ll see a message confirming the change.
Why is my phone number not accepted?
Your phone number is considered valid, if it meets the following criteria:
- It should be exactly 10 digits
- It should not contain letters or unsupported special characters; hyphens are allowed
- You should not use all identical digits (e.g., 0000000000 or 111-111-1111)
- It should match one of these formats: 1234567890 or 123-456-7890
If the number doesn’t meet these rules, you may see one of the following error messages:
- “Phone number must be 10 digits.”
- “Your phone numbers were not updated. Please try again.”
If you see such a message, check your number, edit it ensuring it meets all requirements, and click Save.
