What documents do I need to provide to change my Doing Business As name?

If you need to go through the self-service option to change your new business name, you can submit one of the following documents to validate the change:
- Doing Business As Filing
- Fictitious Name Filing
- Trade Name Filing
- Business License
- Articles of Incorporation
- W9 Form
The file type must be .png, .jpeg, or .pdf, and the maximum file size should not exceed 25MB.
Once you submit the required document and your name change request, our team will review it and update your business name, typically within up to 48 business hours. If we can’t verify your documentation, or if we need any additional documents, one of our representatives will contact you via email or phone.
Keep in mind that you can change such data on your own only if you are authorized and have the respective edit rights.
