How can I request to have my diverted funds released?
Before submitting your request, please ensure the following:
- your banking details must be accurate
- there must be no unresolved ACH rejects
- you don’t owe any outstanding balances
Once you’ve met these conditions, contact our Collections team by phone at 844-695-9456 or via email at HOU-Collections@paysafe.com to request your funds back.
Diverted funds will be released within 24–48 hours after you have updated or corrected your banking information (DDA) and all outstanding balances have been cleared.
