Can I still pay my outstanding balance after my account has been diverted?

Yes, you can pay your outstanding balance by either:

  • updating your bank information (DDA), or
  • paying with a credit card via phone or invoice.

To pay via phone, please send us an email with your request. Alternatively, you can contact our Collections team for any questions related to ACH rejects at 844-695-9456.
