How will I be notified that the DBA name change has been successfully applied?
Once you submit your business name change request, a support ticket titled ‘Update Business Information’ will be automatically created in the Support Hub of your Paysafe Business Experience portal.
There you can follow the progress of your request and use it for tracking and audit purposes.
After the change has been applied, you’ll be able to see your new business name on Paysafe Business Experience under Merchant Information > About My Business tab.
